No, it's not. The wording is awkward and there are no searches for the term.

For a domain name to be good, you should never misspell it, and as the domain is misspelled, plus no searches for it, its not worth more than $10, and I'm sure the guy wont sell it anywhere below $1000

It has some value on the reseller market, but not much. However it's a pretty good domain for someone looking to create a product or start a company in the niche. If you find a motivated end user (and there are quite a few in that area) you should be able to get 3-4 figures for it.
