So, i stepped onto a domain mentioned below. I have seen this kind of site design a lot. Is this a PBN?

PBNs can have any designs, so it could be PBN or not, that's not how you judge it. Unfortunately, it's expired domain so there's very little info we can gather about it without access to its history (content, OBLs, RDs, etc) so you'll have to do some digging yourself

Or wait for someone who's willing to check it for you if they have time...
