Don't forget, photoshop is a generic term that can mean PHYSICAL photo shops. Also, if it is against Adobe's trademark, websites such photoshopessentials.com, elearnphotoshop.com, and many more would have long gone. There are many domain names that include "photoshop". Note how most of them insert a disclaimer at the footer of the page, and they don't use any of the logos from Adobe.
UNLESS if you're using Adobe's and its photoshop logo, which confuses visitors thinking it is a legitimate website by Adobe, then you're in trouble. Or if you're using it in bad faith.
If you're really just putting up lessons on how to use photoshop with google ads and such, then it 'should' be okay.
But then again, why risk it and go through all the trouble to avoid legal complications?

best way to tell it getting in touch with adobe and ask them, read through their brand policies. You might be able to use it legally. I see some businesses doing it actually. If you are just going to teach "photoshop" and not other program they might le you use it. at the end, more people know how to use photoshop, more money for adobe to make every day...

The law is funny like that, I know as I was taken to court by the Olympics for using the word Olympic in a domain name.

better keep away from it. There are a lot of better choices, so why taking that risk.
I've also once planned for an online learning project of photoshop as well as photography. I've picked a good brandable domain name at that time. At least I myself like it very much. lol. from my experience, you won't get in big trouble doing that, but your website could be shut down at anytime ( as soon as adobe contact the registrar ) .
also , some registrar will tell you this might happen before selling you the domain name

Just use a different domain without "photoshop" or any trademarks. Imagine all the hard work to build up your site and then they'll take it all away from you.
