.uk is one TLD and .org is another

org.uk and co.uk are conventions adopted by the UK. The TLD is .uk

Other countries don't use .co but .com like Spain which uses .com.es

They're just reselling the *.us.org subdomain space. Check us.org itself is on whois, it's a registered domain.
