Is this doable with WooCommerce?

Hello BHW

So i have this store where i offer services as a middle man. I need to be able to accept clients orders and then assign them to my different suppliers in the backend, or better yet just forward the orders somehow in the background and have my suppliers after they login decide whether they are going to accept and do the order or not - while having all of this logged. Can this be done? what is it called if i want to google it for results that will actually elaborate some more on the subject?

- Do you know any WP plugins that can help me achieve this functionality?

This is something that can be done with Multi-Vendor plugin.
