shouldn't be appearing in GSC for that,
but yes, no real way of telling what the case is,
it could be that op ranked for some high-volume keyword (or bunch of them) briefly, a short-term SERPs visibility boost, as a mere example,

we need more information op, that single screenshot isn't helping as much,
what did you rank for during that timespan, check the keywords, locations,
if you have any type of analytics installed, double-check with that for UX stats (time spent, pages/visit, bounce rate, etc...)
