CORRECTION ITS A PAY PER DOWNLOAD LOL FAIL ON MY PART
Hello I don't know if this is in the right thread but if it isnt please move it.
Anyway I was looking for some CPA networks but most of the good ones ar Exlusive and since Im a newbie to the seen and Im 14 most networks won't accept me but after looking for a while I found one but its brand new. Its stream2k.info but in the title of the tab it says uploadpaid.com <--- (parked) Its stats say it has 19 users and has paid out .08 cents LOL but can anyone tell me if I should join or not?? or does anyone know any CPA networks that wont ask for SS or TAx info???
