Is this correct tier built am i on right track

Tools i have in my arsernal is following.


3x vps all have 6core 3.4ghz 8gb ram
GSA SER + Capacha breaker + Gsa Indexer
The best spinner
FCS Networker
Scrapebox
1500 private proxys
Serpbook ( for rank tracking )
DeathByCapacha
Seerpengine (plugin for GSA to use more web2.0 sites)

Do i need anymore tools? I am thinking about buying indexservices but after some research i found that most dont work anyway. So its better to let google index links the natural way or is there some good indexservice that do work?

My idea is to start small on easy keywords to try learn my own way of ranking sites. Am not really after the big keywords and i understand some PBN or hight Authority links is needed.
I will mostly try to rank forgin keywords so the biggest question is all the links i build does the articles / comments be in same langue as the keyword? Or should i only make the tier1 articles in the forgin langue?
Should i get some Verified lists for GSA? Or should i try get nichebased stuff and use Scrapebox to find sites / links. Somewhere i can buy some good footprints thats not public for scrapebox?

My plan is to build in tiers but i need some input here this is how i will do it.

Monysite
-Tier1 (Web2.0 with handmade articles + manual spinned articles) (What is best practis to keep posting on the web2.0 1-2 posts per week? Does it matter? is it worth it?
-Tier2 (Web2.0 + articles) Should i add something more here? Should i only aim for PR3+? Or does it not matter as its tier2?
-Tier3 (Comments,Forum,microblog,web2.0,shortlinks)
-Tier4 (Comments forum,shortlink,index)


In tier1 how many web2.0 do i need? Is 5 ok? For a medium keyword or should i have 10? 20?

Thanks i forgot to add i do have a verified SER list but is this really good to use? I mean does the niche dont matter when running gsa?

Am using the proxies for another stuff as well. But might as well use them.

What i cant figure out is how many web2.0 i should have as tier1 the more the better i guess and with dripfeed but is for example 5 ok for a easy keyword?
And 10-20 for medium and maybe 50+ for hard ones?

I know i need to throw in some Authority links on harder keywords as well. Am just thinking if am missing something.
