Re-uploaded videos that HAVE NOT BEEN FLAGGED with copyright infringement, etc can be monetized with no problem?

I have a couple videos like this, but i'm scared to hit the monetize button!:hmmmm2:

Just give it ago. If they accept then you will start making some money if not you may lose your adsense account. Another adsense account isn't impossible to get but it may take some time.

May i ask what videos you upload? How many views in how long?

Average user videos, yes! Just type that you created and own the video.

Worse that will probably happen is they ignore your request, happened to my first couple of attempts. Just keep trying, and they will start accepting them!

Once it isn't your video, Don't waste that adsense account.
