    twice of the same keyword in the url:
    'paris-hilton-naked-pictures.paris-hilton-blog.com/paris-hilton-nude"
    ??? is this keyword stuffing, or can i get any penalty for this url?

    The spider will not mind. It's a bit much bro. A human Editor will slap you from google.

    With google these days, you have to be careful. They are a bit funny. I remember talking to my affiliate manager who was on the phone with google 3 months ago. Apparently the young lad was complaining about the url. keyword.foodkeywordnetwork.com/keyword

    This sound good but sometimes they are crack heads

    Yes it's considered keyword spamming and not duplicate content. It'll probably get deleted when a human reviewer sees it so milk it for all it's worth now.

    keywords inside of your url always matter. do not try to overuse your keyword in your url Big G will definitely not like that. one repetition might be ok if the second keyword is slight different ... but having the keyword 3 times is to much.
