I 've written 8 articles on iWriter, and 5 of those articles were approved and the other 3 got rejected but not because of spunning, they just weren't my best.

However, whenever I write a article... I find an article about the topic, and take some sentences out of that article but state it differently, by replacing words and formating the sentence different. I use my own point of view of the topic also, and just get information from the topic, so that I'll know something about I'm writing about. However, sometimes if I cannot get much out of the topic, I do flip sentences a little bit.

For example, The original article: There are several ways to help yourself when dealing with anxiety.

My version: When dealing with anxiety, there are numerous of self-help exercises and techniques.

    OR

The original article: Anxiety is all in the mind, and causes one to have intrusive and irrational thoughts.

My version: Please note: Anxiety is all in the mind and often causes an individual to have irrational and intrusive thoughts.

    IS THAT SPUNNING?

    Hi,

this will be considered as spinning. Because you did not really use your own point of view here and this phrase itself "Anxiety is all in the mind" is considered plagiarism.

Yes this is considered spinning. Maybe you can look into a software that spins a bunch of articles for you. Most of them will get approved when you submit them :)

It will not be considered as an original article for sure. Try to restructure sentences, that's good to be treated as original good quality articles.

I think you should approach re-writes with a new mindset.
Use ubersuggest to generate a better topic.
Take key points from multiple articles to culminate in your individual article.
Quote a leading expert (for your example, maybe a psychologist or doctor that deals with anxiety)
Don't "state it differently" - that means you're not even thinking about the topic, you're just thinking about sentence restructuring.
I know it's difficult to write about things you don't care about, but flipping sentences is not the answer.

Your first example seems original but the second one is obviously a spun sentence. :)

This is certainly spinning. You are simply altering the sentences a bit by switching and adding some words which clearly keeps your version from being original.
