Is This Common?

Fear of rejection.. plain and simple. I was never like this, in high school I was never scared of rejection I did almost anything without fear of consequence. Now it seems as of lately I've been coming into these bad habits of being afraid of rejection and constantly thinking of the negative what if's.

I know this is an IM forum but I do believe this ties somewhat in here, I don't think I am the only one who has slightly faltered when it comes to pursuing an IM venture due to fear of rejection or maybe more like fear of the unknown.

Just was curious on what some of you have done to overcome this and keep pushing forward.

My only fear of rejection is of one day waking up and start rejecting money. Now that gives me the creeps.

Yeah sure, but I mask it with arrogance. Don't worry about it.

Thanks, guess I'm looking to much into this. Basically just gotta keep my head up and shake it off.

my only fear is that i won't be able to rank my websites anymore and i'll strugle to pay rent for the next few months lol

Confidence comes naturally with success. Keep your head down, work hard, be successful and self confidence will come.

Figure out if it is fear of rejection, or fear of succeeding. I see a lot of self sabotage in IM. Done it to myself in the past.

I'd say that don't judge yourself after seeing bigger tools in the school locker room or how many girls surround it.

God made you in a special way so that you can do the work He specially created for you and not for those big tool owners.

We all have a fear of rejection, its human nature to want to be accepted. Just throw yourself into it without thinking too much, try new things and see how you go. Its better to try, fail and get some experience that to never try at all.
