is this cloaking?

    i'm newbie here. I would like to know if this website is doing cloaking link: jivosite.com . I've checked some users and i found out that inside the code <div id='jivo_copyright' style='display: none'> which is hiding or cloaking the link. 1 link if for human and 1 link is for robots ( i'm not sure though). I'm planning to use this strategy for linkbuilding

    I think you have not more knowledge about clocking. clocking is the term of page redirection with respect to link url shown. If any link is redirecting any other page which is not relative then it is called clocking.

    I don't get where the link would be placed, and how would you only make one link visible to a user and one to a robot?
