Is this Cloaking ?

Well i have had this thought for weeks now. Is this cloaking if i have 2 Indian offers and redirect all Indians to the porn offer and EVERYONE else around the world to the nice dating offer.

So i upload a redirector program to my site, fill in redirects, make fb ad with my redirection site and only people from india can see the real offer ? So i can send fb ad reviewers to safe site ? It cant be so easy..

Why not target only Indians, iframe legit dating network and after approval change it to show the real offer?

Yes - that is an example of geoip cloaking. FB will eventually have a reviewer come in from an Indian IP and/or language code to test where the lander is going to. Maybe not right away but they will get to it.

Also, using an iFrame -- especially with dating -- is harder and harder with them these days.

So i create an ad offer to my domain, wich is redirected to NICE DATING OFFER, and after its reviewed i redirect it to my "REAL OFFER" and this is cloaking? ... Thats way too easy, why theres cloaking service anyway ? (Its like anyone who has an hosting wich provides redirection from its domain is cloaking, from cpanel ?)

Also nowadays, looking for 1 page submit is quite difficult + networks are alerted to iframing, Its so 2 years late...

Any explanations?
