Is This Channel Dead? [YT Shorts]

Hey everyone,

considering you make a yt shorts channel with non-original content, but the footage you've uploaded was "modified" as suggested by some members here (i.e. flip, zoom, speed, color correction, music etc.), would you consider this channel dead?
I literally get 0 views since 2 weeks, after some of my shorts got banned by youtube and me removing them individually one by one (apparently this should help getting views back in...guess it didn't haha)
I honestly don't want to give up, as some people say views will come in again if I keep uploading, but honestly...when I'm looking at how my channel is flatlining I doubt the effort is worth it.
What do you guys think? Should I start a new channel or continue to pull effort into this one?

P.S: Videos are averaging 200-300k views on insta + there's high demand for this niche.

If you are getting so high views on insta, focus on that and find ways to monetize that content.
 
If u not getting views from short anymore stop focusing on it and keep pushing on IG

but the question is does it make sense to continue uploading on this channel or not? people are blowing up within this niche left and right on yt and honestly, the quality of my videos is comparable to my competitor's ones.
I'm just curious to know if these analytics are telling me to start a new channel or continue uploading on this one. Maybe someone recognizes the pattern based on his experience.

P.S: AVD off all the shorts, before I lost all my views, was around 100-150%.

It's up to you, you can give it some time and if it diden't work then forget about it. I rather much more focus on IG and monetize it
 
What do you mean by YouTube banned some of your videos? They removed it for copyright violation/ community guidelines violation?

How many videos do you deleted at once? Deleting videos do have bad effects

Probably around 30 shorts were banned for community guidelines violation, but they were still listed as uploaded videos, so I deleted them all manually.
Strangely enough, I've waited few days with uploading new shorts and I've tried it yesterday again. Boom. Short got 3k views.
Uploaded 2nd one afterwards, again 0.

Not sure why you keep saying that, there is still plenty of money to be made, shorts on YT get millions of views. Some people even like them and subscribe to short channels.

I didn't say it's dead for all channels. But, for some channels for sure, I don't know why.
 
The algo is a funny one. Does the channel purely have short form? try long form as well.

Or sometimes YT analytics just breaks and they have to fix reporting on it.
 
I believe you should start a new one, since apr 11 there is no views until apr 26 is already 2 weeks, youtube shorts algo is weird and can push a short and get tons of views but other ones have just a few or zero but you can left the channel for a time and then continue uploading to see if it was a shadow ban and now is normal if still the same, move on, also try to upload a regular video and see if that one gets pushed by the algo and makes your channel visible again.
 
I guess because your channel has hit a rough patch, makes it difficult to get attention, maybe you should try uploading something different from the usual and see if it will get views. Also focus more of Instagram, channel all your anergy on that
