    k heres the scenario

lets say i download a script/program and it comes with an ebook, that the author puts his referral in the ebook. Then i reupload it with my referral link to torrent sites? unethical or can it land me in serious trouble? im not tampering with anything but the referral link to affiliate programs/cpa companies.

Yes this does sound a lot like copyright infringement. Rewriting something in your own words will be a better way of doing things.
