So this guy posting ad on gumtree saying

now when people going to his website ,all they can see is adsense ads.. with just 2-3 headings

here:h**p://www*mytradee*com*au/work

and sure people going to click on those adsense ,thinking they are job listings. will get some serious clicks like this but really will this work?
or is he just trying to get banned by G.

I think he will get banned soon there is no content on the pages beside 3 ad layers

Yea, it's written on adsense's TOS, the site's owner violates it totally.
Misleading the visitors and build the sites only for adsense.

If you want to try, try it using different account and different IP.
