Is this BHW app authorized?

I randomly came across this app in Google Play which appears to be pretty brand-spanking-new that is a blackhatworld Android app with the blackhatworld logo, yet no promotion of this app here on the Forum, which makes me suspicious...

Legit? Experiment? Or am I just reporting something to you that you can nip at the bud real quick?

That's not an official BHW app as there would've been an announcement about it on the forum.
