No more comments are being approved so those have been at the top for ages, hence all the likes.

Unless you got 5k accounts, 5k ip's and a comment rater that leaves no tracks at all, Then you can't really say it's not so hard.

It might be organic votes because I don't see why someone will bot the comment "Twilight in 4 seconds". The video has over 1Million views which makes this possible.
