Your site is in shopify?

I think the reason you get sales from his site is that he copied source code and didn't change anything e.g. store id, authorization etc thus you still get sales

Help is on the way buddy, links of the site on google found, 120 or more. They will get removed from google tomorrow most likely. If more appear on the Google Serps let me know.

what type of report is it? would you mind sharing more on you are you reporting it?

In this special case this guy had, I used the cache removal tool as it was appearing on the serps even with the site removed.
