So I have buyed a ebook to sell fake stuff like, MW2 for xbox but in the description i put in with white letters, size 4 This isnt actual the product this is just a picture.

And when people buy it they get nothing..

But they will not see because they wont see the white text..

Is that allowed to do on ebay?
And should i use real info if i do it?

if people can't see it then you have no basis to enter into a legal contract, you can use small print for contracts but not invisible text.

So basicially you want to scam people on ebay, what a great first post.
 
No look they can see the text if they copy it to notepad or make the colour diffrent. and yes this is my first post.. but this is a black hat forum so ?
 
Even if you do get away with it a couple times, your feedback will plummet in no time. There is no hiding your feedback percentage.
 
Let's be honest, how many people are going to copy and paste to notepad from ebay. You might as well not even bother writing the text in and just con them the old fashioned way by not sending anything. I'd probably say that what you are thinking of doing is not just against Ebay terms but probably illegal.

And if you were going to scam people you can't be all that clever if you needed to buy a book to teach you how to sell items you don't really have for sale lol.
 
eBay takes hard to this. Make it visible and you're still not really in the clear.

Judge Judy had a case on her show of someone doing this with cell phones. It was funny.
 
Wow what an idiot. I hope you dont think like this with everyday situations.
 
The good thing is, the more people that do this the better it is for us non con-artists keep up the good work :-)
