Hey guys, I recently got started in CPA and I just want to ask some questions to some experienced members.
So I have a lot of steam/origin game keys and I'm planning to build a freebie site wherein I will give these keys for free and lock them with CPA surveys. My question is: do CPA networks allow this kind of niche? I mean the conversion rate might be unusually high since each keys are unique.

Everything will be fine as long as these CD keys are original not fake.

This ^^ If the keys are legally obtained.

It should be no problems whatsoever, networks want to not lie users about what you tell them they'll receive after the locker, and to not violate someone's copyright.

I would be really careful about it. Networks like CPA lead or AWM or Adscend are really cracking down cause their advertisers went a bit crazy. You should be ok if its legal but advertisers just see it and freak out so be careful.

Id use a different network and make it clear on your landing page that these are legally obtained and 100% legit. That way if someone browses it they dont just make an assumption and nail you.

Like many others have mentioned, just make sure your content was legally obtained and you should be fine.

That doesnt help man.

Youll be fine from getting sued or something but advertisers look at keys as scams and shut you down without asking. You think theyre going to investigate one small pub and take all the steps? lololol are you new?

Ive been there so id rather really help out here. Make sure you make it CRYSTAL CLEAR on the landing page that its all legit. Otherwise someone sees product keys and assumes its a hack or fake since most are. Ive been though it myself and am speaking and trying to help from actual experience. My stuff was legit and this is the reply I was given when blackballed for it.

Thanks for your comment regarding my post. I personally don't feel my reply was the worst in the thread, but either way I appreciate you adding more information to my post that I admit is a little broad.

I am not new to the industry I have actually been working in it for almost 6 years, but this topic isn't about me. I just figured it was kind of a no-brainer to include as much information as possible regarding legitimacy when dealing with these types of niches.

My personal opinion? Don't promote anything that could be deemed Illegal, A copyright violation or worse, such as the content we have been discussing.

Either way, thanks again.

Not a problem. I didn't mean to come off so scathing, I'm actually just mega stressed since the whole getting a C&D from AWM and Facebook even though I was running legit traffic. I lost a couple of thousand bucks at a bad time and didn't see the warning signs AWM is changing [lower epcs, down time, click shaving, people getting C&Ds lol been reflecting and feel stupid]. Whatever no need to write you a novel here but suffice to say I aim to be as civil as possible.

To me if someone is green enough to want to know something like this its very likely they really dont know about all of the little no brainers. I sure didnt way back when I started. The sentiment was really to point something out and say hey if youre a vet here lets give the newbies full stories. You actually get burned harder with a half story then you do with no explanation at all sometimes cause it gives you confidence to keep doing wrong ya know.

Thanks for the response guys. As for the keys, they are all legit because I personally bought a lot of them from game bundle sales.
I actually thought of selling these keys for a higher price but I realized there is a lot of competition so I just decided to give them for free.

Piano: Absolutely man. Sorry to hear about your C&D issues, I know what you must be going through and it SUCKS. But about your other post, don't even worry about it man. We all have bad days and I appreciate your feedback. I will definitely try and be more informative when I decide to post in a thread where somebody really needs some guidance.

Best of luck to you and I really hope you get that situation with AWM straightened out in a positive way that benefits YOU!
