Is this allowed on Adsense blog

Actually I am converting FREE Android apps to APK myself and I will upload them on either my google drive or other uploading site. Now my question is that can I publish the converted android apps on my blog that has adsense ads. Do I really need permissions from Google for sharing made APKs of FREE apps?

My generic reply would normally consist of: "If you have to ask, then no."
If you think it's worth risking your adsense account dude then go for it, I can't recall their ToS off the top of my head but my reasoning is that if there is any possible reason to ban you, if they have even the slightest opportunity, they will take it. Don't risk your account if you're unsure dude.

Who owns the free apps? If you do, then it is not a problem. If they are open source with rights to republish freely then you should be ok.

Google wants original content. Dont't give them reason to ban you.
