is this allowed in CPA ?

I'm new to cpa and I just joined peerfly.............

I found an offer that allows the following:
"E-mail, Banner Display, Contextual"

It does NOT allow the following:
"No incent, No classified Ads, No Twitter, Limited Facebook Promotion, No Search PPC, No social PPC, no co-registration, No PPV/CPV, No SMS"
They are also asking to only send emails during weekdays..;


Now I have a site on the specific niche that gets some nice traffic from organic search and social media... and I'm putting the banner on the site... just in plain sight, nothing special.... the same banner that peerfly is offering around this niche...


Is this allowed for this offer ????
I would think yes since it says "banner display", but don't want to be banned for something stupid that I may not understand....Would appreciate some advise... thanks in advance !!!
