Definitely following a few recommendations from Yoast plugin is going to help you, but that is far from enough. Keep on reading more content and topics that people post here on BHW and you'll find the whole depth of SEO. I recommend you start by reading about Technical SEO, then master the On-Page SEO and only then the Off-Page SEO.

Except the plugin Yoast also have a very good blog that you can read to get a better understanding of SEO. Here is the link https://yoast.com/beginners-guide-yoast-seo/
Also, you have to get links pointing to your site (backlinks) from relevant and strong sites as well. Without backlinks it is very hard to rank on the SERP and you will not become a high authority site.

Yoast recommendations would be good for onpage optimization. But you will still need to perform other tasks like researching your keyword, etc, that would be the core of the entire SEO thing.
Once a proper keyword is established, then you will know what type of links to build. HQ links are what it takes to rank these days. Yoast will not be able to advice you further on these type of links - you'll need to at least use metric tools as the first vetting to find good quality ones.

can I rank each page for diferent keywords (not related to the principal noche)?

You should try and rank for different keywords on the different pages on your site.
Even if they are not related to the same niche?
Let's think of a website which is focused on the KW ''shoes''... and then into the website I will try to write an article trying to rank the KW ''best watches''
As you can see ''best watches'' is not related to the main ''shoes'' niche

False. Google does not reward fast loading sites. Google penalises slow loading sites. There's a difference.

In one way they are related Shoes and watches are fashion. So you can write an article about what watch or watches that match well together with a specific shoe. Or a shoe brand that also manufacture watches, You have to think outside the box many times to be be successful.
