For me its definitely Ahrefs. You can tell by the specific metric labels like Domain Rating and URL-Rating, plus that classic blue and orange graph layout. Its just set to the German language interface.
 
i ended up buying semrush and this is not semrush it could be ahref. BY the way semrush has become damn expensive.
 
Definitely Ahrefs. The graph layout and metrics look very similar to the old Ahrefs interface.
 
This is definitely the Ahrefs interface and this graph clearly shows the backlink data compared to SEMrush which has become very expensive these days.
 
I have to laugh at such diverse opinions.

Yeah @fraduka semrush pricing is getting pretty ridiculous lately, they keep cutting limits too. As for the graph... those DR and UR metrics are definitely ahrefs data, but the actual interface looks like a group buy tool or some custom white-label dashboard pulling from their API. I used a german group buy provider a while back that had a custom skin looking just like that to hide their accounts. It is ahrefs data just wrapped in a different UI.
