Is this against YouTube TOS?

I have been researching for this a while now, but I cant find a clear answer on this.

Is it against YouTube TOS, to hide their embed video like this (I dont own the video or uploaded it either):

I know that there is still YouTube ads showing, and their watermark with a link to YouTube.

But since that there is a custom layer (JW Player) before you click on the video, i just got insecure about it.
