Is this against the rules for CJ or any other affiliate programs?

Hello,
I'm building as website promoting CJ, Linkshare, and other affiliate companies that sell the products in my niche.
Very close to an affiliate store, but with more discussion about about the products.

MY QUESTION:
Since I plan to donate a percentage of my affiliate earnings to charities and I'm planning on stating that on the website,
am I breaking any rules?

I ask because it may seem like I'm giving them incentive to use my links.
I was originally going to have Adsense too, but Im pretty sure it would be against the rules.

Please let me know what you guys think.

I'd say charitable donations to organizations of your choice wouldn't necessarily count as being incentivized since you're not directly offering anything to users other than than the affiliate products they purchase. You're simply informing users that a portion of your proceeds go to charity, much in the same way you might inform them that you get a portion of their purchase as an affiliate.

I think you'd be safe, but it could be sort of a grey area, so you may be better off asking an affiliate manager in one of the networks you're a member of.

I think if you are promoting physical products it would be ok but wouldn't like to say if you have CPA offers too..

Aff programs are so damn strict now probably best to check if you don't want to lose your accounts

Yes Im only promoting physical products. I want to have adsense, but Im sure its against their rules.

I will follow your suggestions and try to contact an affiliate manager for each company
and see what they say.
The only problem is that I already have the domain name and it has the word "caring" in it,
so if they don't allow me to state that I will give % of commission to charity, then I will have
to figure something out. I really like the name and have a nice logo already. The domain
name has no keywords, but its a brandable and easy to remember name.

I guess as last resort, I can also offer items from cafepress like coffee mugs and tote bags with our logo,
and all the profit from ONLY those items will go to charity, and state that clearly.
