Is This Against CPA Rules?

My network is CPA*L3ad if that helps.

I was wondering if you ran any site where you encourage users to do surveys or whatever multiple times if it is against the rules.

Now I don't mean the same survey, but I mean say, you only had your reappear time for a hour and the movie is 2hrs or something so they would have to do it twice, is that against the rules? Is it against the rules to have a person doing multiple surveys?

I understand how this would annoy the user, just curious though.

I don't think it's against the TOS for c.p.alead. Their network is based on incentivized leads, so having multiple surveys should be fine. A friend of mine actually does something similar--using 2 surveys for one visitor.
