I attached an image, but it's now showing up.

I read on here yesterday that it is a big NO NO to place images above or beside google ads, but I've read adsense TOS, and I can't find anything that says that this cannot be done. Can someone show me where Google says this is not allowed? I don't wanna get my account deleted for something.

Yes, it is. It's not found in the TOS, but in the Program Policies. However, it really mentions misleading images that would entice clicks, yet many webmasters had issues with images next to ads when their sites were viewed by a member of the Adsense team. Tons of threads on DP regarding this...

Yep its against adsense TOS. But thats why we're on BHW right?

An easy way of doing this & getting it to work is putting up a copy of PHPAS 2.0 (arcade script).. or even just a page looking like it. Send cheap traffic to the page and make sure you have high paying keywords on the page. You can make the 250x250 ads look just like the content, with the images next to it.

Easiest adsense arbitrage EVER. Spend 2 cents / click, get $1 / click, and with an easy 30% CTR there's a biiiiig profit margin!

That sux, cause ads like these on a couple of my sites are doing really good.

At the least they'd stop serving ads to that site, then send you an email telling you to remove them...worst they could do is ban you!

Can you explain how it works please.

I don't understand the principle.

Thanks

I'm certain they disallow it, which is weird though, as they allowed it awhile back. Still remember the infamous post on DF about the "Piggy" cartoons above the ads.

Like ljay13 methods, My favorite :) is instead of playing with Ad"cents" make similar looking text ads (same size/font) but link them to your CPA's or other affiliate pages you may be surprised at the conversion rate and cash made compared to Ad"cents", ecspecially with just a zip/e-mail submit.
