placing an ad just under the "load more posts" button on my blog homepage so each time a user clicks the button it will load the next set of posts and when he scrolls down he will see the ad again. any thoughts?

It's fine as long as it doesn't appear to be misleading, in any way.
 
Yes it is safe! I do this too, I also add it right above or below any pagination on the page, works great.
 
thanks for the reply, how about using images from google images?
also can i put ads in category pages that only displays the post title and the thumbnail?

That's safe. A lot of people are doing that. No need to worry about anything. :)
 
This is safe. As for your second question be careful with images. If it looks even a little like the ad text is a caption/link for the image or you may be tricking people to clicking ads thinking they're text for the images this is not safe and actually one of the biggest things you can do to easily get a ban. They're very strict about being tricky with images.

If you're placing them in a way when they're obviously not related to the images you still want some content on the pages. Youre not supposed to have ads on blank pages, your site is supposed to have content to go with the ads, and they're contextual so they need some text for them to display relevant ads.

You can trust Google and Adsense is safe though, there are many webmasters how get paid some housands of Dollars every week from adsense but you shoud need to maintain page views and Page CTR to earn a good amount of money.
 
Your problem only solve with genuine methods in this regard that you must trust on google and follow the instructions as given. Dont be spammy in this regard otherwise you will get ban notice in few days
 
you can visit to support of google and read the rules->this is safe, trust the google adsense ads
 
Make sure that is it not "misleading" They will get you for anything that remotely seems questionable. otherwise, you should be good to go!
