Is this a viable idea

I'm a Nigerian and the prevalent way of earning online here is internet scam popularly known as yahoo. There are training models almost like interns. People provide electricity, food, shelter, and internet connection for young boys ages between 17 - 25. These young boys then vigorously search for victims to scam, once they find one, their boss takes over from there.

So I'm considering starting a blog, YouTube channel, tiktok (confused on which to pick). To write about various scams like romance scam, crypto draining, malware and others, and even do some consultations when I have an audience. But I don't know if it will be viable and profitable long term.

Imagine if Macafee, God rest his strange soul, wondered if anti virus would be viable long term? lol

There are many choices of things that you can do that you can become an industry expert with. If you think you can see a way for you to be an expert then do it. It requires withoutht a doubt like most thing, the time and money invesment up front, and dedication till it pays off.

People pay for video consulatancy, and talking invites. Thats the type of approach you'd want to take i think. In the west there are a few cable and TV programs that show scammers being exposed. So defiantly assume you could have your own TV show, all be it starting of on youtube.

If you made a good enough name for yourself and became the number one go to person for understanding scams, and how to protect yourself, then you could get sponsership deals from anti virus and malware companies looking for the next gen-z or whatever new niche approach to marketing.

I wouldn't stick to doing just that though, pick something more fun, that you are actually interested in too. (for stress relief! lol)
