Well most of my pages have this notification, I'm just wondering if its temp or a perm thing?

Hasn't happened to me. I never repost content. But It says what it says. You are not being banned.
Diversify your repost sources or better scrape content and post it as your own.

So it's not permanent then bro? I just need to stop sharing as much as I used to and upload more content to pages? I've just learned about crossposting videos. Is this how to do it if you want to share to other pages

I have never seen anything like that before. You found this under page quality? I think page quality violations stay there for 90 days. You should try original content and see if it gets any better.

What do you mean original content? Like uploading a different video to each page?

sorry to point the obvious but have you click to learn more as it normally tells you how to change or how long you will be restricted, however, your not banned i would just change how you are posting and make sure its original content
