Is this a system app by Samsung or hidden spyware?

Hi! I'm trying to figure out if my phone has spyware. It says "by samsung electronics..." , but the website is called apkmirror.
I couldn't find any official results on google by the real samsung electronics. What do you think? Am I somehow wrong?
It remained after a factory reset.

errm did that come preinstalled? Was it a new phone? If so… probably some kind of bloatware. I did own a samsung phone before, but I have never seen anything like this.
