Is this a scam?

I am fan of iPhone. I found a seller on ebay that sells iPhone 5s for $450

Please I would like your opinion

I don't know if it is a scam but if you're looking to buy only 1 that is not for you.

Apple have significantly reduced price of iPhone 5S just before launch of iPhone 6 to clear up the stocks (At least in our country). So it's not much surprising. Moreover that seller is accepting minimum order of 2 quantity. Make sure to read the listing carefully before ordering. If anything goes wrong, just contact eBay and everything will be fine hopefully.
