Tell them to send you the money and you'll place the link.
If they chargeback, simply remove the link. You've got nothing to lose.

Looks like he is just trying to get you to sign up on LinkWorth. He has the same comments on multiple forums, none of which are in the same niche, so I don't see why he would want to buy links on them.

I would say yes, it is a scam.

I AGREE with you it likes a real SCAM..

Make a post the link and if he pay you that would be good. and if not, no sweat at all
