Get in contact with the seller and have him prove income. I personally would say that this will be a waste of an investment, because these social platforms are constantly being patched. If you want something to do long term, buy a start-up authority site from any of the BSTs here -- and 'grow' that.

Definitely a scam. This one is quite common. The sales may well be legitimate (so can be proven through Paypal) but are not from this site. The owner probably has a ton of these.
My advice would be not to buy a site at the moment. Keep doing what you are doing as it's clearly already working.
If you want a legitimate site making $2k a month, expect to pay around $50k. You will not find any "really good deals" on Flippa.

Social Traffic sales sites are available every day by the dozens.
If you want in this business, your best bet is to buy a site with a great design for $79. Then do your own marketing.
You can't trust the numbers these guys put up for sales and traffic. It's too easy to counterfeit.
