This is what appears on one of my websites.

1532 warnings.

When I check most of them are 404 pages from ninja popup.

well, you should Redirect. It can solve the problem

If you have a Wordpress site then there are quite a few plugins that redirects all 404 to your home page.

Use the plugin REDIRECTION. It allows both bulk redirect (404 to homepage) or individual/manual redirects (where you can redirect some pages to related posts or pages).

It's a great Plugin!
