Hi BHW Family! I guess this section is fitting to ask this question.

Anyways, I just got contacted by some person online telling me that they will pay me $35 upfront to open a Google Play Developer account for them and $65 after the account is opened. I didn't have experience with opening or having google dev accounts before, so my question is, can anything bad happen, or if this is a scam or not? What do you guys think?

If you don't have experience, do not touch it.
It's complicated, requeires virtual machine to do multi accounts and ID scans

Don't do it.
You will have someone you obviously can't trust use your real identity for $100.
 
Best case scenario is you get a quick $75. Worst case is they use it for illegal activities and you end up in the middle of a bad situation. Considering they can't or won't open one in their own name isn't a great sign.
 
Even its legit, not worth it.

Because Google ban can be lifetime lol, just think about it when you need sth related with Google account later in your life, and surprisingly find that it can ban you every time because of your Google Play account spam history.

Never ever irritate the Google in terms of account related.
 
rather than scam, they basicly pay for your id.
beware tough after the acc go banned, you cannot use your own id on google dev

Anything can be a scam. Look into this guy, see if there's anything suspicious in their history. Never trust someone who looks like they just try to get free shit all the time, for example.
 
Give me contact that person, I can link him to some google play developer accounts providers. As I also publish apps on google play store.

It's not a scam, he just needs an account and nothings gonna happen to you. But you might need that account in the future for yourself.
 
Well. It depends on what your account will be used for. If it's only for uploading apps with gambling offers in them, you won't have any problems.
Though, if these apps are related to BA scam, then Security Service will explain very well why that, indeed, was a bad idea.
 
They choose you because they know you are new to this section or they know you don't have enough knowledge about this. So they only need your ID to open and verify an account. Do not do that work.

Don't do this unless this person has a very good reputation, and ideally, you want to know who this person is you are dealing with.
If losing access to this account would create big issues for you, just don't risk it.
