So, new Gmail users on my website are not receiving verification emails to their emails from my website. Users using Yahoo are receiving the verification emails just well. I'm using WP Mail SMPT to configure the email and hosting on Virid webhosting and my domain name is from porkbun.com. When I check on Google Admin Checkbox I get the following errors:

error
SPF must allow Google servers to send mail on behalf of your domain.
warning
DKIM is not set up.
warning
DMARC is not set up.
warning
No Google mail exchangers found. Relayhost configuration?

On WP Mail STMP, I've tried using the Gmail and Other STMP options and on both, I've successfully sent email tests to Yahoo emails but Gmail tests never reach the inbox. And after sending the email tests, I get this notification:

success icon

SPF

Success! The SPF record required by your SMTP server is set up and working correctly.

DMARC
Action Recommended: It doesn't look like DMARC has been set up on your domain (xxxxx.com). We recommend using the DMARC protocol because it helps protect your domain from unauthorized use. Please check out our step by step guide for details on how to add this record to your domain's DNS.

I'm new to this so I may have left out important stuff so please bear with me. Help.

Why not create an email address in the Webmail of your Hosting account.
The enter that Email address and SMTP details in WP Mail STMP.

That should work just fine.

If you must send Emails from your Gmail account SMTP, then you need to add some DNS records including SPF in your server.

That's exactly what I did, created an email in Webmail then added the details to WP Mail STMP and I wasn't getting them so I tried the Gmail route.

Your mail server is not configured properly. If you are using shared hosting and your nameservers are pointing to the hosting account then you can raise a support request and they will fix it for you. If you are pointing through A record then you must configure DKIM manually.

Yahoo users are getting emails while Gmail users not.. It looks not like the problem of web hosting service for the first view.
But probably you need to to ad-tune that for Gmail users. As it was suggested the best way to have that checked and fixed with your service provider support.

Nopes, not a hosting issue. The Dmarc should be setup properly. You could use mxtoolbox for debugging.

https://mxtoolbox.com/dmarc.aspx
I also recommend setting up a BIMI record with your branding, but that's completely optional. DMARC on the other hand isn't (it helps with deliverability).

This is from their support.

Dear Client,
Thank you for contacting viridweb support.

We are facing some issue with our DNS server and that's why there are some issue with the PTR records

Sorry but we can't give you any ETA for this

Because of pandemic we have less staff available

Even NOC team only available for serious cases

And unfortunately it's not a serious case

But we still trying to solve issues ASAP

Once it's fix by our network team, the Gmail will work again

Best Regards,

This is so disappointing seeing as they have taken me round in circles for weeks. Should I just switch hosting? Was looking for something affordable but functional.
