Pretty easy to rank in my view. Make sure it is not a seasonal keyword.

its pretty easy. I don't know about the Top 10 but if they are all pages then its easy to rank for (BLP). If the Top 10 is only just domains then you might have a problem because your competition have crazy competition in the BLD

All the factors required to analyze the keyword competition is there in that screen shot.

It can't be domain. If they are domains, there won't be much difference in count between BLP and BLD

no one of them have that keyword in domain, and 1 of them is a domain on place 9.
hmm im not sure if that a seasonal keyword, how can i check that? or look at the stats of a year maybe?

Check in G0olge Insights or G0ogle Trends..

i would say it a little bit seasonal =) but it has 49k/m searches in my country, thats ok for me, in usa 110k by exact and not very hard competition too
