    Hi,

My site has been sat on the first page for over a Month now. It climbed to 3rd then 2nd and after been 2nd for a couple of weeks it went down to 4th.

Today I just checked Market Samurai Rank Tracker and my home page URL is nowhere in to be found and now has a red + sign by each of the keywords I was targeting.

All my other internal URLs are still ranking where they were (some have moved up and some have moved down by only a couple of places).

Should I be expecting my Home Page URL to come back stronger or am I been sandboxed?

Time will show! There is no way to predict how the big G will act. If you have good content and not doing anything spammy you'll be ok.

I hear what you're saying I was just surprosed that only my homepage was the only URL to be moved so drastically.

All my content is unique which I wrote myself by hand, I've added at least one post each week, and I don't believe I've been too aggressive with my link building.

I also notice that my bounce rate is around 60%

With my knowledge, I think you should be back soon. Time will tell.

Just done a site:domain search in Google and all my internal pages are still listed however my main home URL of w3.domian.c0m isn't listed.

Also a couple of my internal pages have improved in rank.

    This doesn't seem normal.

You can always contact Google via Google Webmaster tools, but who knows if this really helps or not.
