Is this a good way to building links?

Hello im a owner of an anime streaming website, each anime series i publish come with my main keyword. After a week i saw that i was getting some traffic from Google so i decided to start juicing my links so here what i got:

Basically there is a free website such as altervista in my country that offers a free creation of a forum. So i decided to look Upon all' the forum and i have a list of 7k of forums which 700 are related to my niche.

the forum domains are for example: pokemongo.xxx.com - Pokémonsuprem.xxx.com - Pokémonultra.xxx.com and so on, the domain Is the same but the subdomains are different from each other

1. So if i start posting on all' these related niche forums will Google recognize and value this backlinks?
2. Is It possible to post on other non related forums? Or it will harm my website?

According to my experience Google will consider it one domain and having too many backlinks from one domain is not a good idea. The second thing is also not in favor because Google only like relevancy. So I think you need to find some other sources.

I've done this and it worked great. I had a Anime Hentai Manga site and was ranked 3rd on the first page of google. There is relevancy to you posting on those forums. I would also post promovideos. If your posting links to streams or downloads the forum owners could possible not like that. But no one complained about a small promo video for the next episode with your water make. maybe even host that video on youtube, and then comment in the description your link.

But seriously if I'm wrong then how the hell would you create good backlinks for this anime site. Realistically please no fluff explanation.

as long as u doing manual back-links on any articles or high pr sites then for sure its useful ...good luck for ur journey mate

Relevancy is not as important after CF (citation flow) was introduced. You should post on all those 700 related forums if you ask me.

Is there someone that said person could pay to post?

Does this get you banned? And won't most forums remove all instances of your link if you are banned?

No because 95% of these forums have a section where you can post your website
