Did your first posted shorts get instant views or you needed to wait days or weeks to start to bump ? I started posting shorts and some have zero views
Hello , there is no formula, you can have one video with 10k and the rest only 5 views and after posting 10 views another one will have 1k video .

Shorts channels are getting lot of views but problem is how will you make money with it. With adsense, shorts content will pay very less money. You need to be a very big creator to make money with sponsorships .

14k views isn't bad, however shorts usually get way more views since shorts algo is way more powerful and distributes way more daily views than long form, this doesn't mean that your channel isn't working, keep uploading for a few months and check If your still stuck this threshold or if it gradually Increases every week.
