If I can get each 100Mbps of unlimited upload for less then $220 a month,I'm I getting a good deal or should it be lower? I'm considering starting a small hosting company.

Are you talking for a server or for internet access? Upload really isn't important for internet access in my opinion, you want a fast download speed. Who cares how fast you can send something it is how fast you receive something. The only time you care about upload is if you are wanting to run like a server or something. I wouldn't pay that much, I'd just get a VPS if that is what you want.

With 100Mbps upload I get about 28-31 terabytes a month of upload bandwidth, depending on month and year. One VPS I looked at had 3.1 terabytes for $210 a month. I'm using it for a server.

Hostwinds can match these rates for 100Mbps full Duplex Lines :)]

but yes I would say that's a pretty good rate, depending on the specs of the server you are gettings

Will ISP's usually give a discount, for the more bandwidth someone order from them? Like if I get 1Gbps,will it be lower for each 100Mbps of service compared to just ordering 100Mbps?

It all depends on the ISP's, but if they are already giving great rates for 100Mbps probably not......
