There is no way to answer this question without more details.
We could say it is 25 GP at $20 each = $500 + 100 PBN at $5 each = $500 == $1000.
So these are cheap, and usually if it is cheap, it is low quality.
Plus if you buy 125 backlinks from the same seller, then (as it is cheap), it is almost guaranteed to leave footprints.

It all depends on what are the metrics of Guest posting sites you know traffic DA of sites if these sites have decent traffic so i think it is good deal

he's probably paying $2-$5 at most for each of these links,
not to mention that you can even get a cheaper price while buying in bulk,
take a quick look at some facebook groups related to guest posting, ask for cheap guest posts list from high traffic websites,
that's the quality you'll be getting while paying x4-10 times the actual price,
now, that's just an assumption, but i can blindly tell for the price range,
you won't get quality pbn links from low obl website for that price, neither custom niche relevant outreached guest posts from low obl geniune websites,
and it's very less likely that you find a service that sells something in between, very uncommon, so you're getting the shitty ones overpriced

Thank you for you help. What would be the right questions to ask? Also, I'm paying 750 for the Guest posts, and 250 for the PBN's.

imo, that isnt worth 1000. Probably around $250 to $350 tops

This is quite tough to measure unless we know about the quality of the links. So, I would urge you to have a look at the links and see if others are benefiting or not.

Its better do your own detailed search, check with few other sellers for quality v/s price within your budget and you will get your own answer bud.

The pay is depends upon the quality of the PBN's and guest posting. The metrics should be a proper one. So, cannot judge the exact pay.
