Well that's a nice amount of local monthly searches, but it seems like most searches come from outside the U.S. so that's something you should keep in mind.
We'd need more info to accurately judge it though, since Google's competition scale isn't always exactly "accurate" so to speak.
That's a good amount of global searched and a decent amount of local searches. I suppose you know the difference between adwords competition and SEO competition. I personally go for keywords with Medium-High adwords competition.
LOW advertiser competition is never good for your conversion rate. You will get very irrelevant ads on your site that won't get many clicks. Medium is the lowest I would go.
LOW ADVERTISING COMPETITION = not many people are paying to display ads on your site
while it might be easy to beat, sounds like it's not really a profitable keyword. Monetizing depends on what you pretend to do with the site as well. I used to pick lots of crap paying keywords with high searches to increase website hits. Not very good for ads but was nice to sell links to other ppl on these due to high traffic volume
I have a site on 3 place for a 74.000 global and 12.000 local search and CPC is quite low
I get around 500 page views per day and only 1-2 € from adsense as CPC is only around 0,08€, depending on what the keyword is related to you could try to monetize it diferent ways
OK thanks guys, also would it make a difference in buying a. Com or. Info domain, the site will be information of the niche but would the domain effect the seo
