I have plans to create like 10 Youtube accounts and upload videos that reflects things that happens on the day. (That people are interested in)

Like today:
Sweden won Junior World Cup in Icehockey, right after the signal i go to Youtube find a video from the match and upload a video, in the description i write something like "Visit this site for cheap Facebook fans" and then my link, but in Swedish, with a custom made title.

I'm pretty sure allot do this method but is it good for the sites?
Can it hurt my site in anyway? Is this Spam and Google can see this?

I will not link to a "pay to download site", just my own sites with hope to get some unique visitors that comes from my Youtube video.

Have plans to upload like 10 videos every week.

THE METHOD is fine. It's an old method that many still use to drive traffic to their sites. No, google will not penalize you or see it as spam.

However your plan does not sound so great. I don't see how people who are searching for Ice hockey games will have any interest in getting "cheap facebook fans"

The average person, does not even have a fan page. And that's who you are targeting...average people.

I would recommend making your own videos using Camtasia Studio or any other screen recording software. Make videos on the topic of "how to grow a viral fanpage" and explain to the audience why it's important to "pump" fans to a page when you are trying to make it go viral.

That way you are actually targeting people who give a shit

i started a test site like this and so far noone is complaning and I get 1000 UV / day, even if it's 1 month old only. Absolutly no SEO. It's all on auto, does about 10 posts/hour with latest news. Still have to monetize the site tough but not sure how :)

Thanks man, i hope this will help me boost some of my sites.
 
You need to create video which is related to your offer of cource and if you want the video goes viral, use xrumer to blast backlinks in order to get ranked on the #1 page in google and also additional stuff like pump up views with vagex etc.
