Kinda tough mate

Most of the site on top 10 have high PR and aged

If your just starting out dont waste time on that keyword simply find a better one and low competition

Im not saying it impossible but it will take times and some SEO work

Looks very difficult bro. There's lots of high PR websites in the Top 10 nnd have age on them (years of registration).
As ok888 said, it's not impossible but it'll need a lot of work and onsite and offpage SEO.

Do it right because you're against strong competitors.
 
don't care about PR if top den results are deep links from authority sites then you have a chance to rank. PR is not always cumming with backlinks to that page and with targeted anchor.
 
Ask yourself can you rank for this keyword ? If answer is YES then go for it . Do not worry about the PR and age or any other data , if you build high PR relative backlinks and do proper ON-Site seo and manage other things properly , You will definitely rank .

P.S. :- SEO takes time , its not something which you can turn over in a day or two .

The second KW is a much fine and easy KW rather the first you show here. Go with it!
 
All are good, you can rank with some hard work, good stuff of searching keyword. good work.
 
With some decent SEO you can definitely rank it. You want to consider BLP more than others and PR doesnt matter much :)
