How good does this keyword look? for a MNS then convert to a Niche Site

only 1900 global monthly searches (exact) but high competiton on G keyword tool

High competition = ad competition, not ranking.
1900 exact searches? Get some quality backlinks and you will rank high for sure

I think the competition on the google keyword tool refers to Adwords competition not SEO so it is not a problem.

Try using market samurai to counter check the competition and the searches so that you can decide if the keyword is really good or just fair.
